The condensate generated by compressors always contains traces of oil. Water protection laws often include official regulations that require reducing the residual oil content in condensate before disposing of it through the general sewage system.
AQUAMAT oil-water separators separate dispersed oil – approved by the Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt). They are the perfect equipment for treating your condensate according to regulations right at the source without consuming energy.
If installation conditions require it, we also offer electronic level sensors, external oil collectors, and anti-freeze heating systems. We can also supply special condensate distributors for utilizing multiple condensate separators in parallel.

- 90% disposal cost savings: Handing over condensate to a specialized company for disposal can be expensive. By using AQUAMAT condensate filters, only a small amount of harmful substances remains for disposal – approximately 90% of the usual disposal costs are saved.
- Long filter service life: All CF models feature high-performance artificial fiber filters with high filtration capacity (not activated carbon). Starting from the CF9 model, filters can also include a pre-separation chamber where floating oil is removed from the surface via an overflow to an external collecting container. This reduces the load on the filter and extends service intervals.
- Simple handling: The quality of clean water can be visually checked using a turbidity control set. Versions of the Aquamat condensate filter models with a main filter cartridge are particularly easy to handle. The cartridge is removed by pulling a handle and can be locked for draining, in a clean and straightforward manner.
