The N Series Boosters elevate the pressure of your existing system at specific points, reaching up to 650 psig. KAESER offers a comprehensive range of high-performance piston Boosters perfectly matched to KAESER rotary screw compressors and SIGMA PET AIR stations.
The N Series Boosters feature one or two cylinders and operate according to the following performance parameters:
- Initial pressure up to 190 psig, final pressure up to 650 psig
- Flow rate: 9.5 - 194 cfm
For instance, using Boosters is advantageous in applications requiring control and process air at higher pressures in specific points. This approach is much more efficient than elevating the pressure throughout the entire system to deliver high-pressure air at localized points. The production of PET bottles is an excellent example of such applications.

- Continuous high-pressure performance: Technical details such as innovative oil-pressure lubrication and intensive cylinder cooling extend equipment lifespan, reduce maintenance needs, and enable the constant maintenance of 650 psig pressure.
- Minimal oil consumption: Installed high-quality cylinders feature a polished finish and extra wear protection, minimizing oil consumption throughout their entire lifespan.
- Production of compressed air at low temperatures: The aftercoolers of the three-cylinder Boosters are equipped with separate fans, ensuring minimal outlet temperatures. Temperatures can be even lower if the Booster is equipped with a water-cooled aftercooler.
